繩輪維護保養(yǎng)要求及報廢條件說明
EXPLANATION OF MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS AND SCRAPPING CONDITIONS FOR ROPE PULLEYS
一、繩輪維護保養(yǎng)要求
1、繩輪組件檢查:
1.1 繩輪組件在安裝前檢查是否存在淋雨、生銹、磕傷、變形、裂紋等現(xiàn)象,繩輪轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活。
1.2 定期對繩槽油泥、軸承及輪體表面灰塵、雜質(zhì)等進行清潔保養(yǎng)。
1.3 定期對繩輪是否存在繩槽缺損、不正常磨損、嚴重變形等進行檢查。
1. Inspection of rope pulley components:
1.1 Before installation, inspect the rope pulley assembly for signs of rain, rust, scratches, deformation, cracks, etc.,
and ensure that the rope pulley rotates flexibly.
1.2 Regularly clean and maintain the oil sludge in the rope groove, dust and impurities on the surface of the bearing and wheel body.
1.3 Regularly inspect the rope pulley for groove defects, abnormal wear, severe deformation, etc.
2、半封閉及敞開式軸承維保保養(yǎng):
2.1半封閉或敞開式軸承需定期加注潤滑脂。
2.2新繩輪出廠后半年內(nèi)無需加注潤滑脂,后期≥1次/每半年。
2.3維護時注脂量控制在50-100g。
2.4注脂方式:將填充好潤滑脂的油槍槍嘴垂直套在繩輪注油杯上,鎖緊前端固定螺母,
按壓握把進行加油操作50次左右(如下圖):
2.5注脂結(jié)束后,啟動電梯上下運行10次左右,保證軸承內(nèi)部潤滑脂分布均勻,
檢查并清理外溢油脂。
2. Maintenance of semi enclosed and open bearings:
2.1 Semi enclosed or open bearings need to be regularly lubricated with grease.
2.2 After the new rope pulley leaves the factory, there is no need to add lubricating grease within six months, and in the later stage,
it should be ≥ once/every six months.
2.3 Control the amount of grease injected during maintenance between 50-100g.
2.4 Greasing method: Place the grease flled nozzle of the oil gun vertically on the rope wheel oil cup, lock the front fxed nut,
and press the grip for about 50 refueling operations (as shown in the following figure).
2.5 After the grease injection is completed, start the elevator to run up and down for about 10 times
to ensure uniform distribution of lubricating grease inside the bearings. Check and clean any spilled grease.
二、繩輪報廢條件
參照GB/T 31821-2015電梯主要部件報廢技術(shù)條件4.4.6:
滑輪出現(xiàn)下列情況之一,視為達到報廢技術(shù)條件:
1、繩槽嚴重磨損。
2、繩槽缺損或不正常磨損。
3、輪轂與軸承、軸與軸承出現(xiàn)明顯滑移、間隙或位移。
4、出現(xiàn)裂紋。
5、出現(xiàn)嚴重變形或老化龜裂。
Refer to GB/T 31821-2015 Technical Conditions for Scrapping of Main Components of Elevators 4.4.6:
The pulley shall be deemed to meet the technical conditions for scrapping if one of the following conditions occurs:
1. The rope groove is severely worn.
2. The rope groove is damaged or abnormally worn.
3. There is significant slip, clearance, or displacement between the wheel hub and bearings, as well as between the shaft and bearings.
4. Cracks appear.
5. Severe deformation or aging cracking occurs.
